When do I pay?
Not to start. Your 7 day test drive needs no card. A card goes on file when you connect an account to publish from; your plan starts, and is charged, when the test drive ends unless you cancel. Start it sooner any time and its credits arrive at once.
How do credits work?
Credits power AI edits and generations. Posting and manual edits are always free. Every job shows its credits before you press go.
Do credits roll over?
No. Your plan credits refresh each month, and what is left of last month's does not carry over. Top-ups last 90 days from purchase. The credits closest to expiring are always used first.
What does a yearly plan add?
Up to 23% off against monthly. Agency and White-Label Agency on yearly billing add 1,000 bonus credits once the first year is paid. Bonus credits last 90 days.
Do I pay for my team?
Creator is one seat, yours. Agency and White-Label Agency include 3 staff seats, yours included, then $15 a month each ($150 a year on yearly billing). You see the price before an invite goes out. Your clients' own people take no seat.
What if a job fails?
If it fails on our side, the credits it held go back. A script that comes out too close to its source is thrown out and not charged.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from your billing page.
