Using NinetyTen Labs

By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must be at least 16, and if you use the service for a business or for clients, you confirm you can agree for them.

Your content, your approval

  • You own what you upload and what we make for you in your workspace. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service.
  • Nothing is published to your accounts, and no review reply or ad is sent, without your approval, unless you turn on automatic posting for an approved plan. You are responsible for what you approve.
  • Only upload content you have the right to use. Studying other creators is for learning what works; do not copy their words, footage or likeness.
  • AI video or audio of a real person's face or voice may only be made of yourself, or of someone who has given their consent on camera.

Fair use

Do not use the service to impersonate anyone, mislead people, send spam, manipulate votes or reviews, run more than one account to game a platform, break a platform's rules, or break the law. Hiring ads must follow the ad platform's employment rules. We may pause or close an account that does.

Connected accounts and ads

When you connect a social, Google Business or ads account, that platform's terms also apply. Ad spend is charged by the ad platform to your own ad account, never through us. You set the budget and the daily cap.

Plans and credits

  • You can start free. Paid plans renew each month or year until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Jobs run on credits. Each job shows its credits before it runs. If a job fails on our side, its credits come back. Credits expire: a plan's monthly credits when the next month's arrive (they do not roll over), top-ups and bonus credits 90 days after they are added, and free credits after 30 days without activity. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Prices can change; we will tell you before a change affects your plan.
  • If something goes wrong with a charge, email us and we will look into it.

The service

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided as is. AI output can be wrong; review what you approve. Results on social platforms are never guaranteed. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it.

Ending

You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you before the change takes effect. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms.
