The short version
We collect what we need to run your workspace: your account, the content you make and upload, the social accounts you connect, and how you pay. We use it to provide the service. We do not sell your personal information. Nothing is posted to your accounts without your approval.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and the sign-in method you choose.
- Workspace content: what you write in Brand brain, scripts, drafts, carousels, guides, plans, and the footage and images you upload.
- Connected accounts: when you connect a social, Google Business or ads account, we receive the access that account grants us through the connection, and read the posts, comments, reviews, metrics, ad results and leads needed for the features you use.
- Public content you ask us to study: when you study an account or a post, we read its public posts, captions and transcripts.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We see your plan, invoices and the last four digits of your card, never the full card number.
- Usage: what you do in the app (for example, which jobs ran and what they cost in credits), and basic technical data such as browser type and IP address, to keep the service secure and working.
- Google Drive: if you pick files from Google Drive, your browser reads only the files you pick and uploads them to your workspace. We do not receive access to the rest of your Drive.
How we use it
- To provide the features you use: studying content, writing, editing, rendering, scheduling, publishing what you approve, delivering guides, replying to reviews you approve, running boosts you approve, and collecting leads from your forms.
- To bill you and keep your credit balance accurate.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
- To tell you about your account and changes to the service.
We do not use your workspace content to advertise to you, and we do not sell personal information.
AI and your content
Some features send your prompts and content to AI model providers to generate scripts, posts, carousels, replies and analysis. They process it to return the result to us, under agreements that restrict their use of it. AI video or audio of a real person's face or voice is only made from footage of that person with their on-camera consent, and posts made with it are labelled as AI-generated where the platform supports it.
Advertising measurement
When we run ads on social platforms, we tell a platform when someone its ad brought here signs up, starts a trial or pays, so it can measure the ad. We send a scrambled (hashed) form of your email address, the click id the platform added to the ad's link, and the amount paid. Your IP address and browser type go with it only if you accepted cookies on our site. If you declined, we send nothing about you. Our site loads the platforms' measurement tags only after you accept, and you can change your choice with Cookie choices at the bottom of any page.
Who helps us run the service
We use service providers for hosting and databases, payments (Stripe), AI models, video editing and rendering, social publishing and analytics, transcription, and email. They get only what they need to do their part. If you connect a social or ads account, that platform's own terms and privacy policy also apply to what happens there.
Sharing
We share information with the service providers above, when you tell us to (for example, publishing a post, sending a lead to the address you set, or a key you make for another tool), when the law requires it, or as part of a sale or merger of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.
Your choices
- Disconnect any connected account at any time in Connections.
- Edit or delete what is in your workspace.
- Ask us for a copy of your personal information, or to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@ninetytenlabs.com.
- Cancel your plan any time from your billing page.
Keeping it
We keep your information while your account is open and for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. Deleted content is removed from active systems and cleared from backups on their normal cycle.
Security
Each workspace is kept separate from every other workspace. Keys for other tools are stored only as hashes. Access to connected accounts is limited to what each feature needs. No system is perfect; if we learn of a breach affecting you, we will tell you.
Children
The service is not for anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
